- Luggage Policy & Vehicle Capacity: 7-seater: Max 5 pax (5x24" bags + 5 cabin bags) ; 10-seater: Max 9 pax (9x24" bags + 9 cabin bags). Note: 7-seater trunk space is limited. If carrying wheelchairs, strollers, oversized bags, or appliances, please book a 10-seater regardless of party size. (Select "6 passengers" to auto-switch to 10-seater, or contact customer service).
- Airport Pickup: Provide correct flight details for smooth pickup. 90-min free waiting after landing, beyond this, a 5000JPY/h overtime fee applies. If you miss the driver after 90 mins and cannot be reached, no refund will be issued. Flight changes must be notified at least 24h prior to avoid extra charges. We schedule pickups based on your flight's landing time, If you specify a pickup time, the driver will only wait for 30 mins.
- Hotel Pickup: Be ready 15 mins prior at hotel lobby (please provide the correct pickup point). Free waiting time is 30 mins max. Schedule your hotel pickup at least 4 hours before your flight.
Meeting Point
If you purchase the Meet&Greet addon, the driver will be holding a sign with your name on it at the exit of the arrival gate and will assist you to your hotel. Alternatively, if you have not chosen the Meet&Greet service, please coordinate with your driver to meet at the nearest gate via WhatsApp communication.
